Pictures

Original photos are in a higher resolution than the versions on this site.
Photos are usually in the format 3×2. There are also other formats. The format in which the photo is created is indicated in the photo name (e.g. IMG_90c_1384-1×1-1 ⇒ format 1×1).

Note that, in the printing process, sometimes photos do not get exactly in the proportions specified; it may differ slightly in size. Therefore, I always recommend that you order the photo not clean cut (i.e. with margins around the photo) and think of having it in the frame that is larger than the photo size itself, maybe with a passe-partout.

Also, note that the colour rendering in the finished printed photo may differ slightly from the colours of photo on the screen.

The pictures are delivered signed on the front.

Ordering

For the exact price, email me and tell me
* Which photo you want (enter photo name exactly as it is in the photo, e.g. IMG_9038_3x2_1),
* The size of it (e.g. 40×60 cm),
* If you want the size exactly to this dimension (which I do not recommend, see above), and
* If you want it posted to you. In that case, please give your address you want the photo to be posted to.
I will then return with the offer.

The images are delivered printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper. Should you be interested in designs other than photography, e.g. canvas board, contact me.

Please note that I only deliver finished photos, no digital photo files. I do not do any framing services either.

Payment

Payment is made via Frilans Finans which sends the invoice to you. Thus, I pay all fees and taxes from my income. Note that in order to be able to invoice via Frilans Finans I will need your personal identity/social security number. In company orders, the company organization number is needed.

Please note that upon the final confirmation of the order, you waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises. This is because each image is printed only when ordering.

Series

If you are interested in buying more pictures from the page ”V Themes” or “VII Photos in Series”, send me an email and I will return with an offer.
The price of the purchase of several pictures in series is discounted.

Exclusive

You have the opportunity to get a picture as unique, that it is produced only in edition of 1! Of course, this only applies if the photo has not been produced before.

If you are interested in this, contact me via email! Then I’ll come back to you with detailed information if the photo is available as a unique, and about the price.

Delivery time

3-4 weeks, usually however faster than that.

Damage

Timo Lainen – Fotograf is responsible for your order being shipped in adequate packaging, but not for damage due to negligence in handling, for example, the mail.

Personal data and privacy

By trading with Timo Lainen – Fotograf, you accept my data protection policy and the processing of your personal data. Timo Lainen – Fotograf protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. Timo Lainen – Fotograf will never sell or pass on your information to third parties without a legal basis.

Timo Lainen – Fotograf is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provided to me as a customer. Your personal data is processed by Timo Lainen – Fotograf in order to be able to handle your order matters.

What data is stored?
To be able to handle your order, your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number and purchase history are stored – the information needed to be able to invoice you. Your information is stored as long as there is a legal basis to process your information, for example to fulfill the agreement between Timo Lainen – Fotograf or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Accounting Act.

When making a purchase, information is shared with Frilans Finans.
In order to be able to deliver your order and complete the agreement with you, certain specific information must be shared with PostNord.
